Emad A. Al-Muhaisen has twenty (20) years of experience in project management, engineering, execution, maintenance and reliability, capital investment and master/business planning in refining, petrochemicals and oil & gas industries.

Emad A. Al-Muhaisen has twenty (20) years of experience in project management, engineering, execution, maintenance and reliability, capital investment and master/business planning in refining, petrochemicals and oil & gas industries. He has had the opportunity to work previously for companies like Saudi Chevron Phillips, Foster Wheeler, King Wilkinson, Parsons and Dar Al-Riyadh Consultants and currently for Saudi Aramco. At present, working to establish and staff a new “capital efficiency division” of Domestic Refining and NGL Fractionation admin area of Saudi Aramco.

Hazem Hasan, PMP®, is a senior engineer at the Bahrain petroleum company with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas context. He joined Bapco in 2005 and worked as a reliability inspection engineer, prior to joining the Engineering Department in 2007 providing engineering services to the Power and Utilities units with Bahrain’s Refinery.

Hazem Hasan, PMP®, is a senior engineer at the Bahrain petroleum company with 15 years of experience in the oil and gas context. He joined Bapco in 2005 and worked as a reliability inspection engineer, prior to joining the Engineering Department in 2007 providing engineering services to the Power and Utilities units with Bahrain’s Refinery. He is currently doing his Doctoral degree in Business Administration, with concentration in project management within the oil and gas industry, at Teesside University, UK. Hazem holds MSc in Engineering Management from The George Washington University, and BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bahrain.

Mohammed has 38 years of experience in multi-billion Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Mining Projects in Saudi Arabia.  


Mohammed’s last 2 projects are SATORP 400,000 lbs. full conversion refinery in Jubail and Maaden Phosphate 2 project in Turaif, KSA.


Mohammed is now working with Jacobs which compliments his perception on the challenges facing EPC industry from both client as well as Contractor perspective.

Mr. Aljazzar recently started his new position as Director of Business Development for Fluor’s Energy & Chemicals (E&C) Business Line in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He completed his Sales Coordination assignment in Greenville, South Carolina, for Fluor's Energy & Chemicals and Power Business Lines. He was responsible for supporting business development activities domestically and internationally.

Mr. Aljazzar recently started his new position as Director of Business Development for Fluor’s Energy & Chemicals (E&C) Business Line in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. He completed his Sales Coordination assignment in Greenville, South Carolina, for Fluor's Energy & Chemicals and Power Business Lines. He was responsible for supporting business development activities domestically and internationally. His background includes 10 years of experience in Process Engineering on E&C projects. His project experience was focused on Middle East and North Slope gas processing projects, including two multi-billion dollar sour gas facilities located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Mr. Aljazzar also has extensive knowledge of front-end and detailed design of gas processing facilities, refinery units, and utility systems.

Yousef is having more than 30 year experience in Adnoc Refining in the fields of Project Management, Project Controls, QA/QC, Plant Operations and maintenance. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Huddersfield, UK. Has successfully managed several major projects of national importance including cross-country pipelines and oil terminals.

Has successfully managed several major projects of national importance including cross-country pipelines and oil terminals. Presently responsible for Project Planning, cost control and quality assurance / quality control functions for  all major projects being executed by Adnoc Refining from FEED stage till handover and managing a team of project planning, cost control and quality control professionals. Also, has hands on experience of turn-around planning, spare parts management and  preventive maintenance.

Roberto earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru. He also holds a Master of Engineering degree in Construction Engineering and Management and a Management of Technology Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley.
