Emad A. Al-Muhaisen has twenty (20) years of experience in project management, engineering, execution, maintenance and reliability, capital investment and master/business planning in refining, petrochemicals and oil & gas industries.

Emad A. Al-Muhaisen has twenty (20) years of experience in project management, engineering, execution, maintenance and reliability, capital investment and master/business planning in refining, petrochemicals and oil & gas industries. He has had the opportunity to work previously for companies like Saudi Chevron Phillips, Foster Wheeler, King Wilkinson, Parsons and Dar Al-Riyadh Consultants and currently for Saudi Aramco. At present, working to establish and staff a new “capital efficiency division” of Domestic Refining and NGL Fractionation admin area of Saudi Aramco.

Ali joined BAPCO on 13th April 1991 as Development Trainee Engineer, worked under supervision of Refinery Engineering Superintendent to become familiar with the Engineering Refining Section and demonstrate understanding of the work requirements and services

Ali joined BAPCO on 13th April 1991 as Development Trainee Engineer, worked under supervision of Refinery Engineering Superintendent to become familiar with the Engineering Refining Section and demonstrate understanding of the work requirements and services provided by Engineering Refining to the Refinery, He was promoted to Project Engineer in September 1994, Senior Project Engineer in April 2001 and Project leader in March 2005. He is mainly handling new and upgrade Projects and his role is to direct and manage the assigned projects from inception to commissioning, handover of the plant and facilities to the Operation, archiving of as built documentation in to the Engineering Drawings and Management System and completion of a financial close out.

Mohammed has 38 years of experience in multi-billion Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Mining Projects in Saudi Arabia.  


Mohammed’s last 2 projects are SATORP 400,000 lbs. full conversion refinery in Jubail and Maaden Phosphate 2 project in Turaif, KSA.


Mohammed is now working with Jacobs which compliments his perception on the challenges facing EPC industry from both client as well as Contractor perspective.

Meshal Sardi Al-Saeidi, Team Leader projects Coordination in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) with 17 years of total experience; hold B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University. Worked as operation Engineer, Piping Design Engineer, Projects Engineer, and Sr. Engineer Projects Coordination.

Meshal Sardi Al-Saeidi, Team Leader projects Coordination in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) with 17 years of total experience; hold B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University. Worked as operation Engineer, Piping Design Engineer, Projects Engineer, and Sr. Engineer Projects Coordination. 11 years of experience in projects, participated in several Projects in different sizes and stages, of which mega and complex projects like Clean Fuels Projects and North LPG Tank Farms in KNPC, Currently handling A-Dibdibah Solar Project (Tender stage) one of the biggest Solar Projects in the world that will be executed in one phase.

Yousef is having more than 30 year experience in Adnoc Refining in the fields of Project Management, Project Controls, QA/QC, Plant Operations and maintenance. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Huddersfield, UK. Has successfully managed several major projects of national importance including cross-country pipelines and oil terminals.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Huddersfield, UK. Has successfully managed several major projects of national importance including cross-country pipelines and oil terminals. Presently responsible for Project Planning, cost control and quality assurance / quality control functions for  all major projects being executed by Adnoc Refining from FEED stage till handover and managing a team of project planning, cost control and quality control professionals. Also, has hands on experience of turn-around planning, spare parts management and  preventive maintenance.
