Ali is a Superintendent Low Sulphur Diesel Section in Oil Processing Department South (OPD-S) Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) with 26 years of experience in the field of oil processing. He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bahrain and BSc in Chemical Engineering from Teesside University -UK.

Ali is a Superintendent Low Sulphur Diesel Section in Oil Processing Department South (OPD-S) Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO) with 26 years of experience in the field of oil processing. He holds Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from University of Bahrain and BSc in Chemical Engineering from Teesside University -UK.

Ali has particular expertise in Crude Distillation, Gasoline Platforming, Kero Merox process, Diesel Hydrocracking, Hydrogen reforming, Lube Base Oil Process, Refinery Gas Desulphurization and Refinery Waste Water Treatment Process.

He has Multi certification in Operation Excellence, Process Safety and firefighting field. Ali actively participated in various Engineering studies and Troubleshooting to ensure Systems, Processes, Strategies, Business plans, assets Integrity and Reliability are in place for continued and sustained safe Refinery operation.

I did participate as operations engineer construction and commissioning of OCR- ARDS (on line catalyst replacement) which was MEGA Project in MAB refinery 2003-2004. I worked as operations section in MAB refinery as PIP (profit improvement program) 2005-2006. I participated in P&ID and HAZOP workshop reviews for ARDS unit in ZOR & MAB refineries during FEED & EPC contract.

João Cabicana, graduated in management at DGC university in Congo Brazzaville, specific electrical course at Chevron CLDC and Reliability Centered Maintenance and Turnaround in Houston Tx then Richmond for Root Cause Analysis through FMEA principles, is an experienced operations and Maintenance specialist and currently assuming the position of Operations and Maintenance Technical Manager in GEMCORP-Cabinda Oil Refinery organization(COR).

He holds a wide background in oil and gas industry asset reliability and integrity, including asset management software expertise (CMMS) as well as service providing technical expertise. 
Prior to joining the GEMCORP-Cabinda Oil Refiney Project,  João spent over 20 years with Chevron’s oil and gas business in Angola in various senior operations and Maintenance roles, including most recently while at Chevron as Senior Operations Supervisor assisting, including covering for OIM/superintendent’s position.

Khalid AlHosani is Senior Operation Engineer at ADNOC Refining, he Hold bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from United Arab Emirates University, he started his journey in ADNOC as Operation Shift Supervisor. He was a member of Youth Council under the UAE Federal Youth Authority.

Khalid seeks knowledge and experience, and his main objective is to obtain a challenging position that will allow him to acquire more experience and to continue accumulating knowledge to contribute of UAE success and ADNOC Group's success.

Rajib Talukder is an SME for hydro processing involved in troubleshooting, optimization and standardization of hydro processing units in Aramco wholly owned and affiliates facilities.

Rajib Talukder is an SME for hydroprocessing involved in troubleshooting, optimization, and standardization of hydroprocessing units in Aramco's wholly owned and affiliated facilities.

Before joining Aramco, he worked in Design companies like Fluor, Bechtel, Wood, and KBR as Principal Consultant and lead process engineer.

He was involved in process and project engineering activities encompassing feasibility studies, pre-FEED, front-end engineering, detailed engineering, project execution, commissioning, operation, troubleshooting, debottlenecking in the field of refinery, offshore, gas processing, process units, off-sites, and utilities.
