Ms. Hebah is Chemical Engineer by profession with over 15 years of experience in Oil Refineries.

At present, Ms. Hebah is working as a Team Leader, HSE Technical Support at KIPIC, her prime job responsibilities at KIPIC are:

Ø  Developing, implementing and continual improvement of (HSSE MS) of KIPIC. She had initiated and implemented HSE dashboard, which is actually automation of tracking and monitoring of all HSE MS procedure and monitors KIPICs leading and lagging indicators.

Ø  Setting HSE objectives for all KIPIC employees

Ø  She has also played a pivotal role in establishing KIPIC HSE training units to cater HSE training needs of KIPIC as well as Contractor employees

 

She had started her career at KNPC as a Safety Engineer, then transferred as PSM Engineer where she had established the function of PSM team, updated KNPC HSSE MS and establish PSM KPI metrics. Later she was promoted as Senior Safety Engineer. She had successfully managed operational safety aspects of the Refinery, Emergencies as well as PSM. She was also instrumental in completing critical projects and Shutdowns at SHU Refinery, KNPC

She was Project Leader of KNPC HSE Culture Improvement executed by M/s ABS Consultancy

Beside above, she is actively mentoring young engineers of HSE Groups to become successful HSE professionals in future.

Samiya currently works as QHSSE Management System Team Leader for OQ Refineries and Petrochemical Industries and Plastics, and she is considered as first women leader in HSSE OQ RI &P.

She is a creative & highly motivated team leader with total of 12 years’ experience in oil & gas industry at both upstream & downstream. She is Certified lean practitioner and lead auditor in ISO 14001, 45001& 5001, with proven ability to influence change & get result quickly & authentically.

She started her career path as reservoir engineer at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO)-upstream business. After 5 years she moved to OQ RPI & P as environment Engineer then she led Environment Petrochemical team for 7 years. In 2022 she shifted her career path towards more strategic planning & system management as TL for QHSSE Management System. 

During her years of experience at OQ she was GPCA member in “Climate change & energy efficiency” task force team and member in “Product stewardship” committee. As well as she led HSSE readiness plan for a major plastic project (LPIC) and she had good experience in compliance with statutory & lenders requirement, managing community complaints, waste management, GHG accounting as well as air emissions monitoring& control. Her areas of interest are; management systems, people development as well as continuous improvement via lean techniques.

Mohammad ALibrahim is a Lead Manufacturing Safety Compliance member of Saudi Aramco Refinery Company (SASREF), in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 34 years of experience in Refining & Hydrocracking Operation since 1989, then he was selected for Newly Manufacturing Compliance Group.

Mohammad ALibrahim is a Lead Manufacturing Safety Compliance member of Saudi Aramco Refinery Company (SASREF), in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with 34 years of experience in Refining & Hydrocracking Operation since 1989, then he was selected for Newly Manufacturing Compliance Group. Since 2019 until present, Mohammad has been heading as Lead Manufacturing Safety Compliance Group leader, under SASREF – VPM Manufacturing Dept., Mohammad has Background in Refinery Operation Hydrocracker, H2, LPG. Sulfur Recovery, Sour Gas & Water H2S Treatment Plants & Flare System, as shift Manager in SASREF. He Presented some of newly plants Constructions with Initial Startup With different Company names as  “Petromain Shell , SAMAREC & Saudi Aramco Shell “, Until fully owned by Saudi Aramco Subsidiary in Jubail in 2019 which was a JV with Shell at the time., As well as he was assigned & Participated with Different Major , Minor & Emergency Turn Around T/A  & Instruments Master Plant Upgrading  .

Muhammad Albuti has over 10 years of experience at Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI), starting at Q8Oils in Belgium.

Muhammad Albuti has over 10 years of experience at Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI), starting at Q8Oils in Belgium. At Q8Oils, Muhammad held various roles in both corporate and local SSHE Operations before moving into Supply Chain Operations where his focus was on wet stock procurement and expansion projects of the Q8Oils lubricant blending plant in Antwerp.

Subsequently Muhammad moved to the retail sector at Q8 Northwest Europe, were he worked in business development, focusing on expanding and improving gas station operations in the BENELUX region. Following a brief assignment at KPI's representative office in Oman, Muhammad returned to Kuwait to join the Group Quality Assurance department at the KPI Kuwait Head Office as a Senior Engineer in HSSE Planning.

Educationally, Muhammad holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford and an M.S. in Safety Management from West Virginia University. Additionally, he completed an executive program in Organizational Behaviour and Strategic Management Studies at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, as part of the Q8 Business School.

Mr. Ali Abdulla has been working for IOC and service providers for more than 32 years. He started his career with American Oil Company in 1987 until 1998, joined BP in 1998 until 2010 as corporate HSSEIA Manager for Petrofac Middle East North Africa and Commonwealth Independent States.

Since 2010, his journey with Petrofac began with Engineering and Production Services (EPS) East as HSSIA Director, then Regional VP HSSEIA and Head of Political Affairs, currently heading Petrofac E&C as a Vice President of HSSEIA. Mr. Ali has been exposed to a wide range of Health, Safety & Environmental Systems Management along with Operation & Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, Integrity, and Marine.
