A key requirement of any project is to establish and implement a robust Operational Readiness and Assurance (ORA) process to ensure the successful and timely start-up and subsequent safe and efficient operation of the development. This is an intensive part of any project and it is important that it is fully and clearly scoped and costed at an early stage in the project.
