K. Sri Ganesh is a seasoned professional with a Master’s degree in Petroleum and Coal from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. With 33 years of extensive experience, he has dedicated 28 years to refining operations, project commissioning, and process optimization.

K. Sri Ganesh’s expertise encompasses operations, energy conservation, process safety, and technical management across various units including CDU, FCC, Diesel Units, MS Block Units, Lube Units, and Utilities. His profound knowledge in process troubleshooting, energy management, and employee competency development has been pivotal in executing large-scale projects and revamping refinery systems.

As a leader in technical services at HPCL, he currently oversees technical teams, driving process optimization, maximizing Net Carbon Reduction (NCR), and fostering energy conservation. His leadership extends to integrating new technologies and collaborating with HPCL’s Green R&D team to enhance indigenous technology, catalysts, and chemical usage.
