He excels in strategic planning and business transformation, achieving significant improvements in productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction, while reducing costs and maintaining a positive work environment.

Richard is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker, with a strong background in operations and maintenance. His experience includes working with Exxon, Shell, and clients such as Saudi Aramco, Bapco, ADNOC, BP, LyondellBassell, PETRONAS, PTT Group, Reliance, Santos, and PetroVietnam. He has extensive business exposure across Exploration & Production, Refineries, Gas Processing Plants & LNG Complexes, and Petrochemical Plants.

Currently, he is a Principal Consultant at KBC Technologies, responsible for driving Operational Excellence and Operational Team Effectiveness globally.
