Head Section- A, Operations Clean Fuel - KNPC

Mohammad Al-Fraij is the Hydrocracker Unit Section Head at the Mina Abdulla Refinery, part of the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC). He has played a pivotal role in the pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of several units within the Clean Fuels Project, including the Diesel Hydrotreater Units (U-216 and U-116), Kero Hydrotreater Unit (U-115), and Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit (U-117).

Currently, Mr. Al-Fraij focuses on optimizing the Hydrocracker Unit to ensure steady-state operations and enhance financial KPIs. He serves as the Head of the Section for Operations Area 8 in the Clean Fuels division at Mina Abdulla Refinery.
