- The organizing entity reserves the right to reject any abstract that does not meet the criteria or contains inaccurate information.
- Abstracts must be submitted within the specified deadline; submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Publication & Usage Agreement
- The abstract author agrees to have their abstract published in the conference booklet, on the official website, or through other media channels related to the event.
- The organizing entity reserves the right to edit or modify the abstract to meet publication requirements without altering its scientific essence.
- The abstract author is not entitled to any financial compensation for the publication or presentation of their abstract at the conference.
3. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Protection
- All intellectual property rights of the abstract remain with the author.
- The organizing entity is not permitted to share the abstract with external parties without the author's written consent.
- If any intellectual property rights violation occurs, the abstract author bears full responsibility.
4. Cancellation & Modifications
- Participants may request modifications or the withdrawal of their abstract before the submission deadline.
- No modifications can be made to abstracts after they have been approved for publication, except in exceptional cases approved by the organizers.
- The organizing entity has the right to cancel any abstract submission if it does not meet quality standards or is found to be plagiarized.
5. Disclaimer
- The organizing entity is not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the abstract; full responsibility lies with the researcher or author.
- The organizing entity holds no legal liability in case of disputes regarding the intellectual property of abstracts.
- Submission of an abstract does not guarantee its acceptance for publication or presentation at the conference.
Violations & Penalties
The organizing entity has the right to take legal or administrative action in case of a breach of any terms, including:
- Disqualifying the abstract from the event.
- Withholding the content from publication.
- Taking legal action against any violation of intellectual property rights.
