Future Readiness Assessment Tool


KPMG, in partnership with GDA, has developed a Future Readiness Assessment tool that is accessible free of charge for all GDA members. 

This tool enables every organization to explore, understand and assess their business ‘Future Readiness’ across 12 critical aspects (Categories):

  • Business continuity
  • Technology & Security
  • Strategy & Governance,
  • Market & Growth
  • Customers
  • Financial management
  • Compliance & Legal
  • Employees
  • Facilities management
  • Health, Safety and Environment
  • Third-party providers, and
  • Risk management
You can record your response to a number of questions under each of the above categories as one of the following options:
  • Not started
  • In-progress
  • Completed
  • Not applicable
This tool also provides a perspective on specific issues that your organization must consider in light of the current business challenges. This assessment aims to ascertain if an organization is well positioned to mitigate/ absorb the impact of the crisis, whilst identifying opportunities to leverage in the current environment and, potentially support you in shaping your organization’s future.

This tool is accessible by GDA Members through a unique user-id & password issued to each GDA member organisation through individual communication to the members from the GDA until December 2020.

The information you provide in the tool is secured and all necessary measures have been taken to maintain confidentiality of your responses. Upon completion of the assessment, you will be able to print and save a detailed report showing areas of your strengths and weaknesses. GDA will not have any access to your report. This tool is a complimentary benefit from GDA to its members for their own internal use.
